1. What has Reiki represented for me?
I came to know Reiki during a difficult time when my wife was in the hospital, and they suggested she receive Reiki sessions. Volunteers, to whom I am grateful for their dedication, helped her every day. I especially remember a girl who radiated something special. I could tell that my wife also felt more positive vibrations, which gave her a greater sense of well-being. From that moment on, I asked her if she could teach me, and she agreed. To this day, I have completed the Master level in Reiki with my teacher Hande.2. What do I gain from Reiki?
Above all, inner peace and balance.3. What purpose does it serve in my life?
Apart from my own well-being, I try to help those I meet who are open to receiving it.4. Have I helped anyone?
Yes, I believe I have helped myself, my wife, and others I’ve encountered.5. Who have I been able to help, and how?
• I was able to help a couple who were very stressed because they wanted to have a child and had been undergoing treatments for a long time. I sincerely believe I contributed by giving them Reiki for a month, and two months later, she became pregnant. She now has a beautiful little girl. I simply helped by bringing them into balance and relieving their distress.
• I was also able to help a friend who suffers from recurring depression. He continues to take medication, but at that time, it wasn’t having any effect.
• I was able to help another friend who was going through the end of her marriage and experiencing the depression, grief, and fears that come with it.
• I also try, in my work environment, to do my part, which isn’t always easy, to make it the best it can be and to bring a sense of the peace I am trying to find within myself."6. Is it always this way?
Not always, as there are many reasons why I might not feel that inner peace, but Reiki helps.7. What has my teacher represented for me?
“Things don’t happen by chance” she always says and in the end, I’ll have to believe it. It was fate that brought us together, and it has been very gratifying to meet someone so spiritual, gentle, and full of good intentions, who has “something very special.” I miss the monthly meetings she organizes, which somehow help me recharge that resolve to continue on this good path, as it’s not always easy to keep up with Reiki practices for various reasons."

"I started practicing Reiki on a friend’s recommendation because I suffered from frequent back pain due to a misalignment that caused constant tension.
My friend, who is a physiotherapist, got tired of giving me massages and suggested Reiki, thinking it might be more effective.
Searching online, I found Hande and her Reiki course, which seemed like an affordable way to treat myself, as I usually like to do things on my own. This is how my Reiki experience began, and I can say it has changed my life. Not only do I no longer have tension, but my life is less stressful. I feel stronger, more decisive, and secure in myself.
I believe my back and headaches were due to stress and the pressure to achieve something, but now I see things from a calmer perspective. I move at a slower pace, confidently and enjoying the moment; time no longer obsesses me. My body is at peace, and my mind rests. Recently, I’ve gone through major changes in my personal life, and I’m in a phase where I need solitude, personal, and spiritual growth. Until now, I hadn’t dared to perform Reiki on others, maybe because I wasn’t confident about the results or my ability. During the holidays, I started practicing with my mother and sister, and afterward, I felt as relaxed as I do when practicing on myself. I believe this shows I’m ready to share with others what Reiki has brought me, although I still need a lot of practice."

"First, I want to thank Hande for giving us the opportunity to express our experiences, both in the initiations and in our personal lives, and to bear witness to the potential of this therapy at all levels.
My feelings during the level initiations varied, increasing in sensory, emotional, and spiritual intensity. The first time, the sensation was minimal, perhaps because it was my first contact. However, during the second level, my feelings changed. I felt the energy moving through my aura and filling my body with a gentle light I had never perceived before.
Months later, having practiced what Hande taught me, I felt something was missing in my energy channels and transmissions. I decided to talk to her about this feeling, and after an in-depth discussion, we agreed that I would receive the third level to grow both energetically and personally, filling the void I had noticed.
I must say it was a significant step forward in every way. From the beginning of the third initiation, my feelings intensified throughout the session, as if my spiritual body was preparing for the final moment of the channeling. The sensations I experienced at this third level were much stronger than in the first two levels; I felt the energetic movement in every part of my being. I even reached a moment of emotional fullness, where joy and sadness blended into a mix that was initially hard to control but gradually calmed down, bringing an indescribable inner peace.
After receiving this third level, I can say that the void I felt began to fill as I put it into practice. Every day, I learn more and understand things I didn’t before. This does not mean everyone needs all three levels; I know therapists who are fully satisfied with just the first level.
Reiki is a therapy that, when practiced, shared, or studied, fills that emptiness we often feel without knowing why. When you look back after an initiation, you see how that void has turned into a space of pure essence where emotions and thoughts flow, from which you can gain wisdom if you listen, analyze, and put it into practice."

"Describing how Reiki energy has manifested in my life goes far beyond what I can put into words. I came to it when I was ready, through something as simple as reading a book that had been sitting on my nightstand for months. I started reading it each night but never got past the first few pages. One day, after finally finishing it, I felt great joy as if something new had opened before me and an intense desire to fill myself with this energy I could only perceive at that moment. From that point, everything began to fall into place until I reached my current connection with Reiki.
This is what I told Hande in our initial interview before starting the Reiki courses. Since then, it has been more than two years and four levels, reaching mastery. Over these years, I have learned to live differently from what I was used to; situations that come my way are no longer burdens or problems. I now face them with confidence, calmness, and the conviction that they will be resolved, and I am thankful every day for the results.
I firmly believe that after being initiated into Reiki, my life changed. Many doors opened that I could not see before. I now understand each situation in which I find myself, whether directly or indirectly, and why I am there.
A year ago, I told Hande that since being in communion with Reiki energy, I had encountered people facing similar situations and felt joy in helping them overcome them, supporting them, and understanding them. Understanding the people who walk with me, whether permanently or just for short stretches, is something I am always grateful for. Reacting calmly to their experiences and seeing them from a new perspective, from love, makes each moment with them unique. It is true that there are still situations that affect me, but soon the calm and serenity of this energy return, and with it, I can see the path forward and the results that will come.
As I mentioned at the beginning, Reiki energy came to me at just the right time. After being initiated into the first and second levels, I experienced powerful personal experiences, both in meaning and the people involved. I may have overcome them in some way, but with Reiki energy and the support of Hande and everyone who sent energy, I always had confidence that the results would be positive. Reiki confirmed it, and I understood that everything happens for a reason.
More and more, I feel the communion of Reiki energy in each situation I face; I feel how it gives me answers and fills me with peace, serenity, and love. I am clear that each day there is a long road to travel and new opportunities to take in the wonderful things in life, so every day I am more willing to walk it, convinced that everything is for the best. I often catch myself noticing scenes I used to overlook and smiling with joy at them. As I said before, Reiki has changed me, and I am happy it happened.
A few months ago, someone asked me:
‘Do you really believe in love?’
My answer was immediate, coming from within, and I replied:
‘I firmly believe in love. I go to sleep convinced that I have lived it, and I wake up certain that it will always be with me.’After saying it, I felt deeply grateful to be able to express this great love for everything and everyone, with total freedom and conviction. For these reasons and many more, I am eternally grateful to be in communion with Reiki energy, grateful to Hande and to each of you, and grateful to always be able to say from my heart in my self-healing:
