I first went to Handed a few years ago to do a course in reiki. I found her to be very kind and patient. She explained the concepts and practices very well. She has a very calm energy and this is evident in her manner and her work.

I recently visited her for a reiki session in May 2024, as I felt I needed an energy balance. She took the time out to talk to me beforehand and understand my motivation behind the session. I've been for reiki before, but what I really appreciated from Hande was that she does not rush her work. She does a beautiful sound bath session before the reiki that really puts you in a meditative, peaceful state of mind. I felt less anxious and more in balance after my session and in the days to come.
