By sending Reiki healing energy to a distance, we can also access the Akashic Records. In this way, we can heal traumas and karmas carried from this life or other lifetimes. Reiki helps us recognize harmful patterns in our lives, making us aware of new possibilities and how to implement them. It achieves this by healing the diseases caused by these patterns.

These ailments can be physical, emotional, or spiritual, including phobias, fears, insomnia, chronic depressions, and more.

This can be done during a Reiki session by specifying the date of the past event if remembered or visualizing the incident.

In sending Reiki energy to the future, for instance, if we have a job interview or an exam, we can specify the location, date, or any details in our prayer before the session.

The purpose of sending Reiki to the future is to help us use our potential during that event in the best possible way, reduce stress, and ease our reactions to daily events following that day.

We can also use Reiki for our material or spiritual wishes and goals. In this case, it is important to include in our prayer: “… in harmony with the balance of the universe.”

This corresponds to the phrase “let it be for the best” in our culture. It means wishing for something to happen in a way that does not take away from others, does not hurt anyone, and benefits us and the whole.

There is so much we can do and so many lives we can touch. Let us begin by loving ourselves, and our vibration will ripple far and wide like sound waves in water.
